I am of the opinion that less legislation is better. 

Definition of Continuing Education:  defined as: formal or informal training or research that  that a licensee certifies as being beneficial to the professional development of the individual. 

Indivuals shall maintain records of all continuing education and shall profide such record to the board upon request.

If anyone has a problem with the licensee guarding the hen house, and there is widespread evidence of abuse of this privilege, the Board could address the abuse or there could be a Sunset clause in the proposed legislation.

I have no interest in attending 'big box' educational junkets.
