It is high time that Virginia took a firm stand on the water quality for ur state. The future  of both drinking water and recreation for our families depends of cleaning up our environment. The Chesapeake bay continues to deteriorate while we avoid the hard choices needed to start a meaningful cleanup program. These regulations when implimented in the proposed form will start that process. The cost/benefit analysis  done shows that while not cheap it is reasonable and will not stifle development but in fact could serve to enhance it.

Please pass the regs in their present form without amendment.
