Joseph Bryan Park, a 260 acre gem in Richmond, has two ponds which are fed by three different brooks.  The amount of trash and silt that chokes these valuable resources is appalling.  We will continue our efforts to pick up the trash and to work with neighboring localities to alleviate these issues, but until stringent legislation is passed we can have very limited success.  Meanwhile, we encourage catch and release for those who choose to fish in Bryan Park's impaired waters.
