Allowing ballots that appear in a "drop box" after 7PM on Nov. 3rd, 2020 is permitting voter fraud.  Early voting provides ample time for citizens to submit a proper ballot.  There are sufficient options for voters to submit a proper ballot.  I always thought the Board of Elections would promote and protect voter integrity.
