I fully support the changes to regulation of CNS practice in Virginia as described/detailed by Linda Thurby-Hay in these comments.  The restrictions placed on CNS practice by the current regulations make Virginia an unattractive state for CNSs interested in relocating from the majority of states in the nation that DO support full practice authority.  It is very difficult to recruit CNSs.  Please support the recommended changes.
