Remove this Regulation
The regulation that governs the licensure of facilities that perform five or more first trimester abortions per month should be removed from the law. These dangerous restrictions are intended to close down clinics and reduce or eliminate access to abortion services. The Supreme Court of the United States as made abortion legal and access should not be denied or limited; and has ruled that all people should be treated equally. This regulation discriminates against woman, especially disenfranchised ones, as it denies them access to a medicial procedure. There are no laws that limit medicial procedures for men.
