Please reinstate Virginia's previous health and safety regulations, including:

OLC inspections to verify that ultrasounds have been performed 24+ hours prior to an abortion.

Annual inspections of abortion facilities. 

No permanent variances by the Commissioner.

"First trimester" defined as first twelve weeks from conception.

Abortion facility license denial, suspension, revokation by any department for violation of any provision of Article 1 (§ 32.1-123 et seq.) of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1.

Aborition facilities must provide information on post-abortion counseling to patients.

Abortion facilities must ensure removal of all fetal body parts from inside of the female patient upon the performance of an abortion. 

Abortion facilities should br subject to reasonable design and construction standards, such as hallways wide enough to carry patients out on stretchers in cases of emergency.
