Undue burden to women
I do not agree with current laws in VA that restrict access to abortion providers. Nor do I believe those restrictions should be enhanced with further legislation.
Abortion is legal in Virginia and the USA restricting access to providers harms women and prevents women from getting the care needed to protect themselves, their existing children and children they may choose to have in the future
