I do not believe a need for reform has been demonstrated.  These measures are obviously being targeted to limit a woman's right to an abortion, not to keep here safe.  Abortions are a very safe procedure.  Please do not engage in this political chicanery.  Do not attempt to limit this right, which was affirmed by the Supreme Court.  Thank you.
