If abortion is reproductive health care for women, it would follow that all regulations that protect and ensure the health, safety and well being of women utilizing the services of an abortion facility should be universally accepted.
For example:
Reinstate all health and safety measures that the Board watered down during it's last amendment process.
Require ANNUAL inspection of abortion facilities.
Reinstate the ability of the department to deny, suspend or revoke the license to operate an abortion facility for violating any provision of Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 32.1.
