Why must we keep revisiting this issue? Women are in charge of their bodies, not legislators. If your family member needed an abortion, I am sure you could afford to go anywhere in the world to have it done safely. Think of the women with limited means and limited access to reproductive care, that don't have that choice; do it for them. Do it for the clinics that provide this NECESSARY medical care to thousands safely. Do it because birth control doesn't always work. If you think that life starts as a zygote, you need to revisit your intelligence.
