We don't need any more regulations!

We don't need any additional job-killing regulations on carbon emissions.  Even though I am an environmentalist, and wish to protect our beautiful world for the next generations, regulations don't work!  All they do is hurt our businesses, kill jobs, and hurt our economy.  History has proven that once an economy suffers, the environment suffers as well.  If we wish to lower carbon emissions and improve air quality, etc., we should promote a booming, thriving economy that fosters competition and innovation.  Please, don't enact more regulations that will have the opposite effect as intended!

Did you know that the United States had the largest decrease in carbon emissions of the entire world in 2017?  That is very interesting considering no new carbon regulations were imposed.  In fact, the opposite is true, and regulations were scaled back.  The Trump Administration also pulled us out of the Paris Climate Treaty.  But, we still decreased our carbon emissions by way more than any other country!  I attribute that decrease to the pro-growth policies that encourages innovation by businesses.  Be smart and enact similar policies to the Trump-era EPA that have been shown to improve the economy AND the environment!
