It is our hope that the Climate Action Plan can find ways to continue to improve the affordability and quality of life in our built environment through valuing energy efficiency. We work in the single family home market and see great improvements through our work, but we live in a college town and decry the lack of standards or incentives for multifamily housing. We share great concern over the pipelines, and disagree with choosing cheaper fossil fuels over investing in efficiency and protecting our irreplaceable clean waters.
