I strongly oppose this regulation.  It's not solving any existing problem, since there have been no shootings in state agencies.  Instead it's creating a new problem, by making state agencies gun-free zones, virtually inviting criminals by making everyone a soft target.  Criminals know they will face no opposition when they attack inside a state agency.  Don't endanger state workers with this regulation - allow people who have a CHP to lawfully carry.
