"Dry Needling" is the unlicensed practice of acupuncture.  

Acupuncture is an incredibly powerful medical therapy, so it is understandable that other medical practitioners get excited about it.  However, there is already a proven path to education and licensing in this field.  Please keep it in the hands of the acupuncture professionals, and encourage all medical providers to refer to the appropriate other medical providers (instead of trying to appropriate other medical specialists' techniques - in this case with sub-par training) for optimum patient care.

Also - as I am looking at relocating to your area, I look to how business-friendly each state is for my potential livlihood.  If you want to attract more acupuncturists to your state, please keep the laws governing it fair.
