Concealed carrry permit holders don't voluntarily visit states in which they cannot legally carry - that's a fact.   There will be a population of about six million permit holders in 20 plus states whose permits will no longer be valid in Virginia.   These permit holders and their dollars won't be coming to Virginia and Virginia's business will lose millions in revenue as a direct result.   Be sure to thank the Governor and AG for this!
