The proposed regulation is an abusive non-solution to a non-emergency

The proposed regulation is abusive of both concealed handgun permit holders and the English language.  There is and has been no 'gun violence' emergency in the Commonwealth's Executive Branch buildings by any known definition of the word 'emergency'.  Nor, if there were such an emergency, would this regulation, which serves only to disarm one of the most law-abiding subsets of the population, do anything to remedy it.  No one who goes into a building intent on killing people cares that he's trespassing.  All that the regulation accomplishes is vindictively to inconvenience CHP holders.
