The governor has no legal right to restrict the Second Amendment rights of citizens in Virginia. If he wants to ban firearms in public, he can ask legislators to do so or sponsor a grassroots effort. Executive Orders are NOT meant for this kind of thing and I will never comply with such unconstitutional treason.
