This supposed regulatory procedure violates the constitutional process

Where as this attempt to circumvent due process and the state legislature via regulatory process, the Governor shows his contempt for the citizenry of this state and their inalinable right to keep and bear arms. This attempt is suffecient to warrent the governor be impeached and removed from office, as he has violated the trust of the people and constitutional due process, and the right of the people of the state of virginia to be represented in the General Assembly. This attempt will cause great harm to this state and to this great Republic, if allowed to proceed. You show great contempt for freedom and civil rights, as did the Crown of England. Remember how that was resolved?
