I have had a firearm in my hand since I was 9 years old.  My FATHER taught me gun and hunters safety not the State, not the Government.   Because of your past legislation you took that priveledge away from me.  My son had to sit through useless, meanless safety training.  You stole my right.  Now you wish to continue taking my rights away.  I'm not asking for an UZI or an AK, but when you write legislation that takes my Squirrel gun away.... I have issues.  So while ya'll legislate to take away my rights and leave me defenseless. Japan thought long and hard about invading the mainland in 1940, they didn't as they were convinced every American had a firearm.  True or not, it saved America from a direct attack on  the West coast. While you legislate and  continue down this path, you only make tax paying citizens criminals.  I pay my taxes, i obey the laws, i volunteer, I'm a conservationist, and most of all I am a Veteran that defended this Country for 30 years.  Yet, you legislate and make me a criminal because I enjoy the outdoors, hunt, and own a shot gun.    Criminals will always find a way to obtain a firearm.  Legislation cannot stop that. This proposed regulation is a solution for which there is no problem.  It endangers state employees, law abiding citizens, and the innocent by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorists, criminals, and the criminally insane to conduct their evil and savage actions.

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.

Please extended the comment period for another 30 days.              WAKE up and smell what the heck you are are selling!!!!!!  You are opening the door, tossing away the keys and handing the crown to the criminal.    I will go to jail for protecting my right before you condemn a petaphial or terrorist  .... a veteran, all because I own a shotgun.  Lastly, if you don't cease and assist, I'll take my retirement and other income to a state that does not label me a threat to society. Ya'll are shamful
