NO gun Ban !!

Do NOT take away the gun rights of honest, gun owners.  Every attack or greatest majority of attacks with guns have been by someone with underlying issues, i.e mostly radicals or mental problems.  By implementing gun conrol or removing the Constitutional Right to owning a gun only fuels the mental/radical personnel to commit additional crimes.  The "absence of guns" is NOT the answer.  To reflect on history;  the second ammendment was written to prevent "Government" from taking what is not theirs.  By removing that right the door to dictatorship, crime and increased Government Bullying will slam wide open.  The state will become a free for all with crime increasing.  If something has to be done, then make background checks and mental health screening more indepth. Additionally, give a "cooling" off period of 30 days or something "inconvient" to prevent the spur of the moment buy a gun -commit a crime scenerio.  DO NOT IMPLEMENT A GUN BAN !!!
