I am opposed to any further firearm restrictions.  The Commonwealth of Virginia has an excellent system for vetting potential gun purchases.  As well as many commonsense laws and regulations on the proper use, handling, and transportation of firearms.  The people of the Commonwealth also have various law enforcement agencies to insure the public safety.  Along with armed citizens, as a deterrent to crime, I feel we live in safety and harmony.  Let us not tip the balance of power toward the criminal element who has no intention of conforming to society’s rules of normal behavior.
