Not only does this regulation endanger the lives of the citizenry, but it also ensures that our government buildings and civil servants are soft targets. Quite frankly I am ashamed that this regulation has been proposed in our fair state. Please do not punish those who wish to protect and defend themselves from the ill intentioned fringe. Our enemies seek to divide and promote fear in our community. This regulation is the result of that fear.

This regulation should absolutely not be approved. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.
