This ban is both immoral and reprehensible. Free citizens have a right to protect themselves. Banning weapons held by law-abiding weapons owners in public buildings only creates an environment of danger for those citizens. It does not discourage crazy people, terrorists,or members of illegal organizations that would seek to do law-abiding citizens harm. This ban would only enable them to do their deeds without fear of resistance.  This ban would not serve to protect law-abiding citizens but rather would serve to protect criminals.
