Do not approve and withdraw this embergency gun ban immediatly

I am not sure if this proposed regulation is a templet  provided by the Bloomberg  group or just poorly thought out staff work from the Governors office, but it likes any basis in reality. Perhaps I am the only one who has noticed that terrible mass shootings,by Terrorists, violent criminals and the criminally insane, most often take place in “gun free zones”  Why does the Governor whish to expose State Employees and the Citizens of the Commonwealth to such dangers by identifying state buildings  as gun free zones

The proposed regulation will have the opposite of the intended affect by playing into the hands of those bent on carrying out horrific acts of violence against the innocent citizens of Virginia.  We have had no shootings in state agencies and this prohibition on those with a concealed handgun permit, some of whom have active and ongoing threats to their lives, is entirely without ustification and needlessly and recklessly endangers innocent lives. Significantly the Governor has no authority to implement such a regulation !  If the General Assembly wanted to have the Govenor have such power they would have explicityly granted it to him, as required Constitutionally.

This proposed regulation is a solution for which there is no problem.  It endangers state employees, law abiding citizens, and the innocent by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorists, criminals, and the criminally insane to conduct their evil and savage actions. This regulations must not be approved and the emergency regulation immediately withdrawn. Extended the comment period for another 30 days.
