This regulation is both foolish and criminal -- a violation of basic human rights. Free citizens have the right to carry firearms to protect themselves and others, and this right does not cease in government offices.

Obey your oaths and scrap this nonsense. Virginia, thanks in part to our liberal firearms laws, is safer than many of the other states in the union. No reason to exclude government offices from the benefits of an armed citizenry!
