This proposal strips law-abiding Virginia citizens of their creator-given and Constitutionally recognized right to keep and bear arms.  

Further, in creating more gun-free zones, this act invotes terrorists and criminals to locations where they have a resonable expectation they can carry out nefarious acts unhindered.  It is dangerous to public safety.
