Jeopardizing VA citizens with a Gun Free Zone

All but two mass shootings in US history have occurred in places where the general public was banned from carrying tools of self defense.  Although the ban on carrying in state facilities may be well intentioned, the net effect will be to increase the odds of a law abiding citizen being gunned down.   Terrorists, criminals, and those intent on mirder are not and never have been deterred or stopped by gun bans.  This unconstitutional regulation merely jeopardizes law abiding Virginians and does nothing to stop those intent on murdering people.  When law abiding citizens are or may be armed, mass murderers and terrorists are greatly deterred.  This is why they almost always choose gun free zones as their target.
