State Agency Gun Ban

This ban will only be obeyed by the law abiding citizens and will have no impact on anyone choosing to disobey the law. How can this law stop someone with evil intent that chooses to ignore it? This ban creates a "gun free zone" that is meaningless and completely ineffective to anyone choosing to ignore it. I say this based on recent history where mass shootings have occurred in "gun free zones" and show the ineffectiveness of firearms bans.

I also question the legal authority to impose such a ban in the absence of constitutional authority.

It is requested the period to comment be extended an additional thirty days.
