This proposed legislation is a solution looking for a problem. Criminals do not read signs and are not detered by words on paper. Is murder against the law? Is it legal to discharge a firearm within city limits? then why do we need another useless waste of government time and money that only limits a law abiding citizens ability to defend themselves and infringes on our constitutional rights.
