This proposed regulation is makes it safe for terrorists, violent criminals, and the criminally insane to enter public buildins and take lives with no resistance.

We have had no shootings in state agencies! This prohibition on persons with a concealed handgun permit is entirely without any justification endangers innocent lives.  Exactly what is the emergency that caused the emergency regulation?

This regulations should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.
