This regulatory action places State Government employees and ordinary citizens in unnecessary danger by making State offices into the kind of "gun free zones" that have been the targets of psychologically deranged individuals, common criminals and terrorists, all acting in the assurance that they are unlikely to face armed oppositon.   

This regulation should not be approved, and the Governor's unlawful "emergency" regulation should be withdrawn.

Also, please extend the comment period for another thirty days.
