Not arbitrarily issuing executive orders which do nothing but harm the good people of the Commonwealth.  I can't imagine why the Governor would let a dangerously naive narrative trump common sense.  If the Governor would like to change a law in the Commonwealth he should take it up with the people's elected representatives.
