I would ask the Election Board members to NOT change the voter registration form.  Why should we encourage people to disobey the laws by not requiring very visibly requiring them answer to whether they are citizens or convicted felons?  Answering those questions untruthfully is voter fraud and negates the votes of those who are law abiding.  We must be able to prosecute those who lie on voter registration forms.  Removing or moving those questions from prominence prevents that ability.  Thank you.
