Should regulations of women's health clinics be required for the safety and health of the patients then it seems  that all out patient clinics should be regulated to the same standard.  Orthontists, Colonoscopy providers, Walk In Clinics for screening and immunizations as well.  If this is not to be so, then the regulations are only meant to limit women from access to normal health care.
