All women deserve equal and safe access to abortions and should have control over when they are going to give birth. A woman should not be punished because of the moral beliefs of others. The state must not be allowed to restrict the right of a woman to terminate her pregnancy. Regardless of what this law tries to implement, no part of it should interfere with the right to an abortion. This is draconian and has no place in a free society.
