OUR NEIGHBORING STATES DONT HAVE THESE REGULATIONS WHY SHOULD WE

NORTH CAROLINA FOR EXAMPLE DOESENT HAVE THESE REGULATIONS AND YOU DONT SEE PROBLEMS IN THEIR RESTAURANTS & BARS ,AT THE BEACH OR INLAND . THESE REGULATIONS ARE OUTDATED AND NEED TO BE FIXED . THANK YOU
