I am a business owner at the ocean front and I OBJECT to this regulation!  I do not know how the ABC  can try or want to regulate  a person showing any portion of thier buttocks or the side of thier breast . People wear bikinis and tank tops and have you seen the shorts the girls wear these days? Am I to turn the majority of my summer business away because of some out dated view of how the ABC believe we should dress? Just when did the ABC become our morality police?!?
