If you think that the proposed regulations have anything to do with safety or are medically necessary, then you are living in a fantasy world and catering to the prejudices of the anti-abortion fanatics, some of whom believe that killing doctors who perform abortions is OK. The proposed regulations need to be amended or rejected. They are unfairly prejudicial and probably jnconstituional.
