As a practicing Outpatient Surgery RN in the state of Virginia, it seems perfectly logical to have regulations in regard to any medical facility that performs surgical procedures. We need to keep women safe! Proper sterilization of equipment, among other things, should be monitored and facilitated by the state. KEEP the regulations in place.
