EEV system service facilitator

I am the mother of a non verbal grown son.  I have had a service facilitator for many many years ie moms in motion. They have helped me with many many issues throughout the years  and I strongly feel that they need to continue t help anybody who is on need of special needs programs and that is only one service facilitators that are out there giving consistent help.     Also the up coming change entering time for employees that work with any special needs kids or grown ups the EEV system is ridiculous as it takes away privacy on the employees part and also as working as a full time mom it is harder to allow this system to work efficiently.   If you have never had or worked with any body with special needs you are putting a hardship on everyone and I feel you are taking away hours and much needed help from everyone involved.  Also needing to put down what an employee does every day when in putting time is a big privacy barrier not only for the employee but also the special needs person.   Every special need person is different and has their own needs and just because some actions and done daily in their life ie getting dressed eating doing laundry bathing needing help in restrooms etc doesn’t mean the employee should be penalized for  not being paid for these hours or having hours cut. YOU NEED TO BE IN OUR SHOES TO UNDERSTAND.    You are taking away help for all specials needs kids adults and families and employees who work with them that rely on help and simplicity.   The system is backwards instead of making things better you are trying to make things harder for everyone.
