Oxford Houses have saved many addicts from returning to the street back on drugs. My daughter has personally been saved by having a safe house to live while she has been in recovery for now 2 years. Thanks to this program she has been able to work to pay the affordable rent and afford food. This is a hand up and not a hand out for so many caught in the cross hairs of recovery and trying to stay sober. Oxford houses hold the residents accountable and allow seasoned recovering addicts to encourage newbies that arrive.
