I am displeased by the terms of the vote and the outcome. There should absolutely be regulations and control from the board of dentists. The vote passed when it was written explicitly there would be oversight by the board of dentists. With their withdrawal from commitment to such terms the vote and bill should be reviewed and revoked. At what point does willful negligence by the state legislatures allow for legal action?
