As a retired member of society, I do not want people I pay to care for me to be less qualified or less trained. I am a retired teacher. I see how the untrained and under qualified people in my place have weakened the profession and the quality of performance and outcomes. Do NOT allow this to spill over to other professions. I love my dentist and love my healthy teeth.
