5.3 For large agencies with separate crisis teams, would the availability of that crisis team suffice? 

5.7.1  Can psychotherapy be billed separately from CPST?

7.1 “An adult with longstanding deficits who does not experience any acute changes in their status and has previously met the criteria stated above regarding CANS Lifetime scores, but who now meets a lower level of need on the CANS Lifetime and needs subsequent medically necessary services for stabilization and maintenance at a lower intensity, may continue to receive CPST services if deemed medically necessary.´ I read this several times and am still not clear on what it means.
