Turtle excluders would be very costly to the waterman, 4 in each pot, very time consuming to install, very laborious to keep clean. Plastic is the first place that barnacles attach to and get dirty, Pots need to be cleaned every week, this will damage these excluders and need to be replaced constantly. No good-ridiculous!!
