We don’t catch any turtles without the turtle excluders. Put an agent on a boat at random and see that there are not any turtles caught, before passing a regulation that would hurt all crabbers.The public is in favor of this because it looks good to them. They don’t know we don’t catch turtles. Definitely against this proposal.
