As a Virginia small business owner I wish to support the sale of beer in growlers by small wine and beer shops. Locally-owned businesses have little choice to compete with large chains and therefore must be allowed this competetive edge to provide unique quality products such as specialty beers sold and refilled in growlers. We must do everything we can to help local small businesses survive and thereby continue to offer customer satisfaction with quality, unique items.
