State Immunization Regulations

Virginian's immunization regulations should be amended as follows:

a) Allow informed consent in place of mandatory vaccinations.  Parents should have the right to decide which vaccines their child receives, including an option of no vaccines at all.

b) Allow exemptions from vaccines for both medical and religious reasons. Such exemptions should be in the form of a written statement from either a doctor, religious leader, or a parent on behalf of their child.

c) Virginia should not require vaccines for home-schooled children. This is a violation of parents' rights to protect their children.

d) Do not add covid vaccines to the vaccine schedule.  They have shown to cause heart inflammation and many other deadly and debilitating side effects.
