I've lived in Virginia all my life, I vote in every election and I will be 80 next year.  I totally oppose Gov. Youngkin's plan to pull out of RGGI.  We need RGGI in the Commonwealth, to finally start lowering our emissions, protecting our air quality and our health.  We need the RGGI funding to help with rescue and relief after flooding and other destructive climate events.  Our legislature gave very careful consideration to approving RGGI participation and the benefits it will bring to our state.  The governor's plan is pure political attention-getting posturing to the detriment of all Virginians, it's incompetent governance and a disgrace.
